Surf Edwin Martins Brainwaves
I live in Hilversum, the Netherlands — about 30 minutes east of Amsterdam, where I was born and raised. At home I’m joined by my wife Jolie and our daughter Rosalie, while our son Lexander has since flown the nest and now lives in Utrecht.
After 24 years of freelancing, I’ve recently joined Speer IT, where I work on fiber optics registration and asset management software.

Game of Life
Back in 1996, I built a Java applet just to teach myself the language and add some interactivity to the web. It’s been rewritten a couple of times since, but I had no idea it would turn into my most visited website and still running all these years later.
